Pork Recipes

Pork Rub:

  • 1/2cup ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coarse salt
  • 4 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in freezer bag.

Apply to pork and cook as desired.
